1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or playing our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. In-Game Features & Rewards

Tournaments: Rankings are reset weekly. Rewards for the top users are digital-only and have no real-world monetary value.

Duck Race: Participation is subject to fair play. Any attempt to manipulate results will lead to disqualification.

Virtual Items: Any virtual currency or items earned are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, automation software (bots), or hacks.
Interfere with the PlayFab backend or Google Play Services.
Harass other players through leaderboards or display names.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the game (including resetting your tournament progress) without prior notice for violations of these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The game is provided "AS IS." We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions (including PlayFab downtime), or bugs within the game.
